Head Chef Louis Hudson has Years of experience
Louis started his career at a small village licenced premises in Stourmouth working to achieve his academic qualifications completing his year long apprenticeship in catering. Louis then moved to Wallett’s Court Country House and Spa working under a team of chefs to achieve 2 AA Rosettes. After this Louis supported The Dog at Wingham and their team to acquire 2 AA Rosettes before joining The Yarrow as a Sous Chef in 2021. Now taking over as Head Chef, Louis is excited to be working with a team of young and ambitious chefs and has exciting plans to create great locally sourced food that appeals to everyone.
Tim, our Sous Chef and Louis' right hand man, has worked his way through the various ranks of the catering industry in his pursuit for culinary excellence, starting off his career as a student Chef at The Yarrow progressing from a commis chef, to CDP and then Junior Sous before moving on to become Head Chef at Reign Bar and Lounge in Broadstairs.
